This original WWII Zephyr "GI" lighter was produced by Galter Manufacturing Co. in Chicago, Illinois. Its orginal gray/green painted crackle finish is in very good condition. Interestingly, the steel case is quite substantial and feels better in the hand than Zippo lighters. The flint is intact and produces a spark - simply add lighter fluid!
