WWII U.S. M1936 Pistol Belt, M1911 Leather Holster, & Magazine Pouch
This in an original WWII U.S. pistol belt, outfitted with an M1911 holster, and magazine pouch. Each component is believed to be original to one another. The belt's manufacturer's marking has faded beyond legibility and it exhibits some original field repairs. The 1942-dated M1911 holster was produced by Sears. The magazine pouch is quite interesting as it is actually a WWI example, manufactured by Mills in June 1918. This rig is an exceptional example of wartime recycling and would be a perfect addition to an officer's display.
