WWII U.S. Leather Liner Strap With Black Brass Buckle
This is an original WWII U.S. leather liner strap. The leather has somewhat conformed to the shape of a helmet's brim, but it remains soft and pliable. It features a blackened brass buckle as well as United Carr branded blackened brass rivets, dating the strap's production from mid to late-1944. This would be an ideal strap for a high-pressure helmet liner with blackened brass A-washers.
