WWII U.S. Camouflage "Shrimp" Helmet Net
This is an original WWII U.S. manufactured camouflage helmet net. It is the "shrimp" style, with finely woven netting. These became quite common throughout the European Theater, begining in the fall of 1944. The netting is drawn tight by an original U.S. shoelace. The M1 helmet is not included.
