This is an original WWII U.S. HBT shirt, but were often worn as jackets atop the M37 wool service shirt. Unfortunately, its manufacturer's label and size tag have since been removed, and the only visible marking is a "96" ink stamp in its interior. This shirt is in good condition, however it does exhibit some damage and wartime repairs; among them are plastic replacement buttons and internal elbow patches.
