WWII German Deutsches Afrikakorps (DAK) Heer Shield for Pith Helmet
This is an original WWII German Heer shield for the DAK pith helmet. The reverse is maker marked "K. u Q." and dated 1941. The paint and silvered finish is in good condition and all three rounded prongs are intact, however care should be expressed when attempting to re-install it on a helmet as not to break them.
