This is an original matching set of web chinstraps for the WWII M1-C paratrooper helmet. They are constructed of OD#7 (green) webbing and brass hardware. They have blackened brass snaps, backed by United Carr rivets. One of the straps is torn and missing its flat brass buckle. The aforementioned flaws have resulted in a 50% price reduction. The straps have been cut, so they can be reattached to a helmet either by fabric glue or by hand-stitching the cut closed.
