This is an original large WWII U.S. Standard 48-star linen flag, with brass grommets and stitched stars and stripes (as opposed to screen-printed). The 48-star flag was America’s longest-serving flag, overseeing both World Wars. It measures 8 feet by 4 feet. It is in good condition for its age, but has definitely seen use.
