WWII German SS-TV Schwarz Dienstrock Uniform Tag
This is an original WWII German metal uniform tag for the SS-TV schwarz dienstrock (black service tunic). The SS-Totenkopfverbände (Death's Head Unit) was the Schutzstaffel organization responsible for administering the concentration camps. This tag is constructed of aluminium and measures approximately 1.5" in diameter. The "475" marking perhaps denotes the 475th tunic produced by a particular manufacturer, as other numbers are known to exist.
