The McCord manufactured front seam fixed loop helmet shell has a heat stamp of 362A, dating its production to December 1942. The helmet retains its original factory paint, cork texture, and brass-buckled khaki chinstraps. The Inland manufactured liner's original olive drab factory paint finish is in exceptional condition. It features non-painted steel A-washers and a khaki suspension, which dates the liner's production from mid-1942 to mid-1943. The khaki suspension is strong and intact. It comes complete with its original headband and neckband.
