This is an original pair of pre-WWII Imperial Japanese Army officer's 6 x 9.3° binoculars. These were produced by Nippon Kogaku Kogyo Kabushiki Kaisha, or in English: "Japan Optical Industries Co., Ltd.", which later became Nikon. Their company logo, located on the user's left-hand side, dates the binoculars from 1930-1936. Their serial number is 733. Unfortunately, the textured coating is deteriorating and one of the bakelite eyepieces is missing, however the optics remain quite clear. They come with their original leather case, which showcases hand-painted Kanji on its reverse.
