Late-WWII U.S. Web Helmet Chinstraps OD#7 (Green)
This is an original matching set of late-WWII U.S. helmet shell chinstraps, consisting of steel hardware and OD#7 (green) webbing. This set was recovered from a McCord manufactured swivel loop helmet that underwent depot refurbishment. Interestingly, these straps were originally secured to a helmet's loops via United Carr-branded snaps, which are still intact, meaning these are still their original length and can be easily resecured to a helmet by snapping them back in place.
