Late-WWII U.S. Swivel Loop McCord M1 Helmet Shell (April 1944)
This original WWII U.S. McCord manufactured swivel loop M1 helmet shell is in good, used condition. The heat stamp of 832A dates the helmet's production to April 1944. It retains its original factory paint, cork texture, and OD#7 (green) chinstrap. The chinstrap features a flat steel buckle and a T1 J-hook. This helmet would pair very nicely with a high pressure helmet liner with blackened brass A-washers.
