Late-WWII U.S. MSA Infantry M1 Helmet Liner (1944-45)

This is an original late-WWII Mine Safety Appliances manufactured M1 helmet liner. The exterior's original olive drab factory paint is in good condition. It features blackened brass A-washers, dating the liner's production from mid-1944 to 1945. The Lapeer Fabricators Inc. manufactured khaki suspension is strong and intact. It comes complete with an original headband and neckband. This helmet liner would display quite nicely when paired with a swivel loop helmet shell.
