Late-WWII U.S. Firestone M1 Helmet Liner (Complete)
This is an original late-WWII U.S. Firestone manufactured M1 helmet liner. Its original factory finish is in good condition. The blackened brass A-washers date the liner's production from mid-1944 to 1945. The khaki suspension is strong and intact. It has recently been completed with an original Scholl Manufacturing Co. headband, Paul K. Weil Co. neckband, and a black-buckled leather liner strap. This liner would be an ideal match for a swivel loop helmet shell.
