This is an original matching set of U.S. WWII helmet shell chinstraps, consisting of brass hardware and OD#3 (khaki) webbing. They were recovered from an early-war fixed loop McCord manufactured helmet. The grimy webbing has frayed near the brass end-keeper and the J-hook is bent, which prevents the buckle from catching. The aforementioned flaws have resulted in a 50% price reduction. The straps haven't been cut, only their stitching has been undone, meaning these are still their original length.
