Early-WWII U.S. Westinghouse Infantry M1 Helmet Liner (W/ Neckband)

This is an original early-WWII Westinghouse manufactured M1 helmet liner. The exterior retains its original olive drab factory paint. It features rusty steel A-washers and folded ends on the neck support, dating the liner's production to mid-1942. The khaki suspension is strong and intact. Its comes with an original Bates Shoe Co. neckband. This helmet liner would display quite nicely when completed with additional accessories.
