This is an original early-WWII U.S. Seaman Paper Co. manufactured M1 helmet liner. The liner's exterior factory finish is in good condition, however there is a small crack at the top. The non-painted steel A-washers date the liner's production from late-1942 to mid-1943. The khaki suspension is strong and intact. It comes complete with its original headband and neckband. This liner would pair quite nicely with a fixed loop M1 helmet shell.
