Early-WWII U.S. M1936 Pistol Belt, Canteen, & Carlisle Bandage (1941-43)
This in an original WWII U.S. M1936 pistol belt, outfitted with a canteen, carlisle bandage, and their respective pouches. The belt was manufactured in 1942 by NASCO Awnings, Inc. The canteen cover was produced by Baker-Lockwood Mfg. Co. in 1941, while the 1942-dated canteen was manufactured by the Aluminum Goods Manufacturing Co. The carlisle bandage pouch was produced by the Midwest Duck & Canvas Co. in 1943, and inside is an unopened waxed cardboard carlisle bandage, produced by Hampton Mfg. Co. This rig would be a perfect addition to a wide range of displays.
